Ultimate Warrior Blend
Here it is, the recipe John is so excited about. He served this up at one of the Self Care Lectures and the crowd went crazy!! Talk about healthy.
8-10 ounces rice milk or plain soymilk
1 rounded tablespoon Rice Protein Powder (we use a superior product called Medi Clear)
1 scoop of Greens First
1 teaspoon Super EFA
½ cup blueberries or black cherries
Place all ingredients except frozen fruit in blender. Blend until ingredients are well mixed then add frozen fruit. Blend until smooth. Enjoy this complete meal and feel the power!
