Serotonin: The Feel Good Chemical
Serotonin is a "feel good" neurotransmitter. It regulates sleep, controls your sensitivity to pain and can bless you with a wonderful feeling of contentment. If you don't have enough, you may experience a variety of symptoms from sleep disturbances to emotional malaise.
